Our First Post



Hello, we are now in town and offering variety of FRIES with the best dips you have ever tasted! Our aim is to get out on the road and serve you the best fries just outside your door. This is the time to go over the wonderful variety of our hand-cut Fries and special homemade dips.





REGULAR CUTS: The standard size fries.CRINKLE CUTS: similar to regular cuts only with a wavy horizontal pattern on every sideSEASONED FRIES: Usually regular cuts but covered with different spices.NATURAL CUTS: Normal cuts with the skin still on.WEDGES: Three sided wedges of potato with the skin still on.TWIST FRIES: Specially cut through into corkscrew shapes. Also known as curly fries. WAFFLE FRIES: They are cut like a crinkle cut then flip it and spin it, then crinkle cut that side for a criss-cross effect. DICED: Diced into quarter inch or inch cubes.STEAK FRIES: Big planks with a vertical crinkle cut or with skin on. 



We can assure you that all potatoes are freshly washed, steam-peeled, sorted, cut, and fried which we guaranteed that you will enjoy our Fries serving from our eco-friendly truck with smiley staff.
